Session fee’s for massage
and Reiki
$65.00 one hour session All
session fees are expected on the day of your appointment. I accept personal checks,
Cash, Visa or MasterCard. I do not accept any insurance or health
coupons at this time. Thank you for your referrals! Your referral is the highest compliment! To thank you for each
referral, my gift to you is 15 extra minutes for your next massage or
$10.00 off of your next session fee for each new client that tells me that
you have sent them. It is my way to directly thank you for your compliment of
sending your friends and family in for a massage. Thank
you! Financial and business policies Session fee’s Payment is expected at the time
of service unless prior arrangements have been made. I accept cash, personal
checks, Visa and MasterCard. My office will charge a $35.00
fee on all returned NSF checks. Notice to change appointments I request 24-hour notice to
cancel or change your appointment. Please arrive on time to receive the most
from your session. In the event that 24 hour
notice is not given to my office the full session fee will be billed to the
client. In the event of sudden illness
I will accept less than 24 hour notice. I do request you call as soon as you
think you are unable to keep your appointment. I reserve the right to deny
service It is of utmost importance to
my practice to maintain sold and clear boundaries in order to protect and
honor the therapeutic process. If at any time that the
practitioner/client relationship is being compromised, I reserve the right to
deny treatment. In the event of such incidence I will gladly offer the client
a referral to another practitioner. Insurance information In order to keep my focus and
attention on my clients, I have cancelled my contracts with Great West, First
Choice, American Whole Health, and Labor and Industries. If your insurance carrier
offers an out of network coverage I can provide you with a receipt for you to
send your insurance company or healthcare savings plan for your personal
reimbursement. At this time I do not accept
any 3rd party claims. |
