My office is located in a cozy little office located
on Broadway Street.
The office conveniently is right between Holly Street and Dupont on Broadway. My
office is directly across the street from Dallas Chiropractic.

Hours and appointments
I
offer flexible appointment times from 10:00 am though 4:30pm Tuesday though Friday
and most Saturday mornings.
I
see clients by appointment only, so please call ahead for your
appointment.

For your convenience I have provided my confidential health intake below. You
are welcome to print out the intake, and bring the completed paperwork to
your first appointment, or you may arrive a few minutes early, and we can
take care of the paper work before your massage session.
On
the day of your appointment
To
help keep my office and treatment space safe and comfortable for everyone I
request that on the day of your appointment that you refrain from applying
any perfume, cologne or scented hand or body creams and lotions.

In
most cases we can handle everything over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard
and I will personally send your special some one there gift in the mail or
have in my office available for pick up.
I
offer beautiful greeting card style gift certificates that you will be proud
to give. And in compliance with the new gift certificate laws the certificate
will not expire.
I
will even call the holder of the gift if you request to remind them to make
an appointment in 6 months to one year if the gift has not been used!
