Table Massage is perfect for its relaxation, muscle recovery, pain relief, and immune-boosting effects. Clients are draped and supported with sheets and blankets and the use of soothing massage oil/lotion to hydrate and nourish the skin is applied.

Chair Massage
Chair Massage: Is often utilized in corporate settings, large events, and group functions. The massage is given with the client fully clothed in a special massage chair. Thai massage is performed clothed on a cushioned mat, and incorporates stretching, compression, and movement, allowing for the release of emotions, energy, and muscle tension. Utilizing the consciousness and healing of plant spirits through essential oils, we join with them to help create an environment of balance for the body and emotions. Oils may be added to sessions or aromatherapy consultations are available as stand-alone appointments.
